Gerald Commissiong
Mr. Commissiong is the co-founder of Amarantus Bioscience Holdings, Inc. and was the CEO at Todos Medical, Ltd. Mr. Commissiong has raised over $80 million in research capital to forward numerous scientific development programs, including those currently underway at Todos.
He is a former professional football player for the Calgary Stampeders of the Canadian Football League who received a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science and Engineering with a focus in Financial Decisions from Stanford University.
Reinhard Ommerborn
Reinhard Ommerborn is a lawyer and entrepreneur with a deep expertise and track record in life sciences licensing, business and corporate development, deal engineering and building businesses globally.
Reinhard studied law in Germany and Switzerland. After a clerkship at the Appellate Court in Duesseldorf, Germany, with a focus on competition and anti-trust matters, Reinhard embarked on a career in the pharmaceutical industry where he successively oversaw out licensing, joint-ventures, and global business development in cardiovascular and gastro intestinal diseases, rheumatology, and oncology. In this capacity he helped to develop alliances between companies in Europe, the USA and Japan and, amassing an enviable roster of global contacts in the process.
Reinhard is the founder of a medical nutrition company, developing evidence-based supplements and functional foods in conjunction with opinion leaders globally.
Reinhard is a business consultant to the life sciences industry, serving clients ranging from global leaders to start-ups in foods, drugs, cosmetics, and medical devices, empowering them to manage innovation and achieve their growth potential.
Reinhard is a dealmaker who successfully created global strategic alliances, set up innovative development vehicles to accelerate development and commercialization of new products and technologies. He has successfully negotiated innumerable deals for his clients, including licensing, development, joint ventures, mergers & acquisition.

Andrew A. Blumenthal, RN
Andrew A. Blumenthal, RN, Research Consultant, is an independent clinician-scientist whose work bridges advanced clinical practice, biomarker interpretation, and emerging research in virology and integrative rehabilitation medicine. Licensed in New York and Connecticut, Blumenthal has built a multidisciplinary career focused on pain management, post-viral inflammatory syndromes, and trauma-related somatic dysfunction. His clinical foundation includes more than twelve years integrating psychometrics and neurofeedback-assisted psychotherapy to treat generalized anxiety, PTSD, and complex pain presentations resulting from physical and psychological trauma.
Blumenthal’s current research expertise centers on 3CL protease inhibition, galectin-mediated viral persistence, diabetic metabolic environments, and mechanisms of post-COVID sequelae. Over the past seven years, he has conducted ongoing investigations into viral replication pathways, the inflammatory cascade, and potential therapeutic modulation using medical foods and nutraceutical agents. His supplement-science focus includes evidence-based applications of 3CL inhibitors and immune-modulatory compounds.
Formally trained as a Sexual Assault Forensic Examiner (SAFE), Blumenthal has contributed expertise to the Connecticut Department of Justice and other medico-legal stakeholders. Blumenthal also provides forensic injury assessment and legal consulting, bringing a high level of clinical precision and documentation expertise to both medical and judicial settings.
He is the author or co-author of multiple pre-publications and case studies and has presented more than 90 lectures internationally, with a blended clinical-technical emphasis on post-viral disorders, inflammatory pathways, and diabetes-related complications.
